MEET THE TEAM

Joel Farley

President & Owner

Joel has 28 years of business-to-business corporate and small business sales experience. Likewise, he has a background in Accounting and graduated in the top-tier of his class at The Ohio State University in 1994 (with honors). Over the last 9 years, Joel has led Ron Christopher Co., Inc. to increased growth year-over-year. In fact, in 2020 Ron Christopher Co., Inc. has experienced 60% growth vs. 2019.

Furthermore, Joel is highly proficient in analyzing financial statements and corporate tax returns. Lastly, he has strong knowledge as it relates to tax planning for sales of small to mid-sized businesses.

Tom bob

M & A Specialist

Tom has a 25+ year track record as a successful entrepreneur and he is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Finance. Tom has very specialized knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • Venture Banking Investing
  • Financing of acquisitions of small to mid-sized businesses
  • Working with contractors in the development of commercial real estate
  • Franchising
  • Executive-level selling
  • Contract negotiations

Ken Hill

M & A Specialist

Ken has a 25+ year career in the packaging industry at the Director and VP levels for sales groups. He has led groups of up to 30 employees with success in creating higher sales and profits. Additionally, he’s worked for smaller businesses but also mid-sized competitors within his industry. Ken has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from West Liberty University in West Virginia.

Furthermore, he has a certificate in Leadership from the Mendoza College at Notre Dame and Ken has experience with acquiring and developing commercial real estate.  Lastly, Ken completed our largest M&A transaction in 2017 ever!

Connie Bob

Administrative Assistant

During Connie’s career, she has been an Office Manager, owner of two businesses and has many years of working in real estate and lending.

Sherilyn Bonner

Business-To-Business Communications Representative

Sherilyn has worked with Ron Christopher Co., Inc. for 9 years and is a top performer as a Business-To-Business Communications Representative.  As a Professional, Sherilyn seeks to build relationships with prospective customers and aims to generate leads while qualifying prospects for the RCC Team members.  Her personal and friendly warm approach is a much needed characteristic for RCC.  With her many years of experience, Sherilyn has truly been an asset to the team.
